Organization and Law

The target of this Department is to cover all legal agendas of KUG (except for laws governing employment issues) in a customer-oriented and efficient way. Apart from legal counseling service for the bodies and employees of KUG, this includes the supervisory management of all rules and regulations concerning university organization, their presentation on the home page, and the establishment and examination of contracts and agreements. Understandability and transparency are major aspects not only when establishing guidelines, directives and procedures but also when carrying out organizational work especially prior to elections. The cooperation between the individual departments for various projects and procedures helps to ensure the safeguarding of inherent legal aspects.
