Rector’s Office and Office of the Director of University Administration

The Rector’s Office and Office of the Director of University Administration acts as a service provider in central management and is in charge of various tasks. It is responsible for the organization of administrational processes of the Rector’s Office and of the Office of the Director of University Administration. This office handles all correspondence and arranges and coordinates all appointments. In addition, its tasks include the conducting of office hours, preparation of sessions, organization of trips, establishment of bulletins, processing of appointment and professorial dissertation procedures, collecting parking fees, managing the CD series “Klangdebüts” and management of the fleet of vehicles of KUG.
