Financial Accounting, Fixed-asset Accounting, and Third-party Accounting

The range of tasks and responsibilities of this Department includes the safeguarding of accounting in accordance with UG 2002, accounting regulation, and UGB.

The objective of this department is the service-oriented complete execution of external accounting with regard to both global and third-party accounting.

This includes posting and payment of invoices received, effective dunning, posting of fixed-asset transactions and depreciation, posting of banking statements, posting of cash transactions and spot transactions, payment of taxes and charges on wages and salaries, preparation of tax returns, guaranteeing any time KUG’s ability to effect payments, liquidity management to optimize interest earnings, preparation of monthly and quarterly balance sheets and closing of accounts, and special tasks such as accounting of subsidies.
