Human resources department

The Department for Laws Governing Employment Issues sees itself as a service-oriented interface between university administration and employees of KUG. Its main tasks are the administration of legal provisions, modern personnel administration and payroll accounting and accounting for federal employees, as well as a modern organization management in particular in the field of staffing schedule administration.

 

The Department for Laws Governing Employment Issues manages the leading system for KUG’s complete personnel data and, therefore, is responsible for human resources related statistics and for providing support with regard to the corresponding reporting system of the university.

 

In addition, it is also responsible for an efficient payroll cost planning and the preparation of the annual year-end financial statements (balance) of KUG.
