The Committee is your elected representative for all concerns regarding labor law such as occupational health and safety, for example, and sometimes has also a right to a say in personnel issues. It provides support for issues with regard to the Working Hours Act, Employees Act, health insurance and the like. It gets active for you when it comes to collective agreement negotiations and internal agreements and makes suggestions aiming at the improvement of working conditions and occupational safety.
