Admission Test in Aural Skills and Music Theory

The successful completion of the theoretical part is a prerequisite for the participation in the instrumental entrance exam.
If you are already a student of a Bachelor´s Programme Instrumental Studies at KUG, you may be exempted of this part.
You can choose the following instruments below for the Bachelor´s Programme Instrumental Studies Classical.
By clicking on the respective instrument below you will get further information about the entrance exam requirements as well as about the level of difficulty of works you have to prepare for the instrumental part (in front of the admission examination board).

In case you need an accompanist, you have to bring the appropriate music score with you to the entrance exam.

Please mind: After passing the entrance exam you are not automatically admitted to the Degree Programme – the enrolment has to be done personally at the Registrar´s Office (depending on your study place: Palais Meran, Leonhardstraße 15, ground floor, 8010 Graz or directly at the Institute Oberschützen: Hauptplatz 8, 7432 Oberschützen) in time!
