MON-FRI: 9.00 am - 12.00 noon

Additionally THU: 2.00 - 3.30 pm

INFORMATION ABOUT THE INITIAL APPROVAL (WINTER TERM 2020/21)

The following options are available for the initial approval for the winter semester 2020/21:

I. ONLINE ENROLMENT

For registration and information please contact the Registrar's Office.

II. PERSONAL ENROLMENT

Do the pre-registration in the Welcome Center as well as the enrolment in the Registrar´s Office in time. Please make an APPOINTMENT in advance!

 

OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED TEMPORARILY!

Due to the government’s decrees and safety reasons concerning Sars-CoV-2 ("Coronavirus“), the office will temporarily be closed!

Nevertheless the team of the Welcome Center can be reached at the regular office hours by e-mail and via phone as well as by the social media channels for enquiries!

About the Welcome Center

The Welcome Center of the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz acts as a first central contact and service point for prospective students and university applicants.  

The Welcome Center helps to provide optimal conditions for studying at KUG, relieves other administrative bodies of KUG and ensures that teachers and students can focus on their artistic process from the beginning.

The responsibilities of the Welcome Center cover the following areas:

 

Pre-Registration (before the enrolment)

Welcome Information Day

 

 

The Welcome Center is also responsible for the creation of information material and is involved in the creation of various study-relevant print forms.

The Welcome Center also handles the website (section "Study") and is responsible for the further development of a suitable student recruiting  and student marketing.
