Akkordeon Kammermusik

2019 (Vol. 61, 1 CD)

What started in 1994 with a recording of Weber’s “Der Freischütz” is – with this 61st edition of “Klangdebüts“ – once more a successful continuation. The fact that our CD label has stood the test at the highest level for 25 years is proof of the quality of our concept. Typically, only students can be heard who – where this is programmatically possible – can also actively influence the compilation of works. Here a broad spectrum is offered, covering all epochs of music history, that is, tradition and modernity find their space also on individual CDs. Examples include “Mozart am Hammerklavier” and “Opern der Zukunft”, which will soon be published under our label. Other recordings on this CD, such as those with accordionists, cover a wide repertoire. Rarely CDs are dedicated to only one instrument, most of them – like this one – focus on cross-departmental chamber music. In any case, the “Klangdebüts” are of great benefit for the students. They can go through a professional recording process from the programming to the presentation and afterwards hold a documentation of their achievements in their hands.
I would like to thank Georg Schulz, who carefully rehearsed the works and accompanied his students throughout the production of the Accordion Chamber Music-CD with dedication and musical expertise.
